I’m the founder of Ladywise Living™, a collective dedicated to restoring balance in life, home, and business through energy alignment and conscious collaboration.


For over 25 years, I’ve studied alternative healing and wellness alongside my career in technology and leadership — from founding a natural aromatherapy-based bath and body shop, to becoming an Attuned Usui Reiki Master, Ayurveda Wellness Counselor (Kerala Ayurveda Academy), Advanced Pranic Healer, and RYT200 yoga practitioner.


My journey has taken me from conference rooms to the jungle, where I sat in ceremony with gifted shamans and deepened my understanding of energy, space, and human connection.
