Cancellation & Refund Policy

Ladywise Living™ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

At Ladywise Living™, each session is a sacred appointment of time, energy, and preparation. In order to maintain integrity and flow for both client and practitioner, the following policies apply to all scheduled services—whether remote or in-person.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or one-time reschedule within 30 days of your original appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable, but you will receive credit toward a future session at the same value.

  • No-shows are considered non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Refunds

  • All sessions are non-refundable once complete. Energy work is an experiential process, and results vary for each individual.

  • In the event of a documented emergency, Ladywise Living™ may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit toward a future booking.

  • All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the missed session.

Arriving for Your Session (In-Person Clients)

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle, ground, and connect with your intention. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to honor subsequent bookings.

For space or property clearings, please ensure full access to the area and inform us in advance of any pets, alarms, or special circumstances.

International & Remote Clients

Cancellations follow the same 48-hour policy, regardless of time zone. Please verify your local time relative to Scottsdale, Arizona (MST) USA when booking or adjusting appointments.

Acknowledgment

Booking a session with Ladywise Living™ signifies that you have read and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy as well as the general Terms & Conditions.
