Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Ladywise Living™ provides hands-off energy-based wellness and educational services, including Pranic Healing, Feng Shui consultations, and mentorship programs. Some services are delivered directly by Susan Kimbrough, while others may be performed by independent practitioners (“Contractors”) affiliated with Ladywise Living™.

All services are intended as complementary wellness support and are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.

2. Global Client Access

Services are available worldwide via remote sessions and in person in Scottsdale, Arizona. All offerings are facilitated under the jurisdiction and laws of the State of Arizona, USA.

3. Practitioner Independence

Independent Practitioners associated with Ladywise Living™ operate as 1099 contractors, not employees or agents of the company. Each practitioner maintains responsibility for their own:

  • Professional liability insurance

  • Certifications or licenses

  • Ethical conduct and quality of service delivered

Ladywise Living™ serves solely as a marketing and booking platform connecting clients with independent energy and space alignment professionals.

Clients acknowledge that each practitioner is independently responsible for their own methods, client communication, and results within the scope of their training and agreement with Ladywise Living™.

4. Liability & Indemnification

Ladywise Living™, Susan Kimbrough, and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, omissions, or representations of independent practitioners.
By booking a session through Ladywise Living™, you agree to release and hold harmless Ladywise Living™, its owner(s), and associates from any claims arising from services provided by independent practitioners.

5. Payments & Scheduling

Payments are made directly through Ladywise Living™’s booking platform and distributed to the corresponding practitioner. Session pricing reflects both practitioner fees and administrative costs associated with maintaining the Ladywise Living™ platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County for any disputes.
